School Staff

Mary Mast, Principal, LT Christian School
A classroom teacher for 18 years, Mary is in her second year as principal. Previously, she taught at a school for dyslexic students. Her varied educational experience includes stints as a trainer for Macy’s (East Coast), and textbook sales representative in California and Nevada.

Mary graduated from Miami University with a B.S. in Education, credentialed for grades K-8. In 1981, she was the Cincinnati Enquirer’s Teacher of the Year, and in 1985, she received a teaching award from Phi Delta Kappan.

Mary and her husband, Greg, have been married for 23 years and have a son, Drew, who is in college studying mechanical engineering. She enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and collecting antiques.

Dawn Tracy, LTCS Vice Principal
Dawn Tracy came to Liberty Towers Christian School in 1999 as a teacher, and is now our Vice Principal (2006) while continuing to teach, as well.

She graduated from California State University, Sacramento, in 1991 with a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Education along with receiving her teaching credentials. She has been listed in the Who’s Who of America’s Teachers (2005/06) and was nominated for a Disney Teaching Award.

She has been married to Andrew since 1994 and they have two children: Kimmy and Jared. She loves to read, do crafts, spend time with her family, and play the flute. She is a part of the Worship TEAM. Her favorite Bible Story is Jacob and Rachel.

Tracy Young, Pre-School Director
Tracy came to Liberty Towers Preschool in 2003 and now serves as its Director. She works long days in this position and spends her days caring and nurturing those in her care, all under the age of four.

She is the daughter of Jim and Doris LeQuieu, long time members of Liberty Towers. Her mother was a significant influence in Tracy’s life. Doris has since gone on to Heaven.

She loves to read and go sightseeing. Her favorite book in the Bible is I Corinthians and her favorite Bible story is Esther.
